Who We Are: An expanding FM Christian radio network with studios located in Sparta, Wisconsin, and 9 full-power FM stations located throughout Wisconsin and in Minnesota.
What We Do: “Music to Encourage. Teaching to Equip.” Prayz offers a variety of contemporary Christian music to encourage listeners in their walk with the Lord, and solid-Bible teaching programs to equip listeners to grow in their relationship with Jesus and share their faith with others.

📣ON-AIR HOST / ASSISTANT RADIO MANAGER
📍 Location: Prayz Network – Sparta, WI
🕒 Hours: Full-Time
If you are an experienced Christian radio broadcaster passionate about sharing Jesus and helping others grow in their faith; if you’re looking for an exciting long-term ministry opportunity, this could be the place for you!
QUALIFICATIONS
Personal Integrity: Committed to maintaining your personal relationship with Jesus under the authority of God’s Word. In agreement with the Prayz Network Statement of Faith. Embrace our mission of leading others to a life-changing relationship with Jesus and helping them grow in their faith.
Communication: Excellent and engaging communicator with the ability to connect with listeners and share biblical truth accurately and in a real and relatable way.
Management: Solid knowledge of radio station operations, FCC compliance, and industry trends. Strong organizational and time-management skills with accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to set budgets and develop fundraising strategies. Effectively encourage and help lead the ministry team in accomplishing our mission.
Technical: Excellent computer skills. Adept in radio automation and production software, with a general technical knowledge of radio station operations.
Growth: Position will give you the opportunity to put your creativity and skills to work in areas of programming, management, digital media, promotions, and more.
